Consultant Training
Jo DeBolt, Senior Manager at La Piana Consulting, presents types of strategic restructuring partnerships, the role of the consultant, assessing a nonprofit’s readiness for strategic restructuring, the negotiation process, implementation issues, the financial ramifications of a merger and legal and accounting considerations. A total of 25 consultants are selected to participate in this intensive training process. Additionally, LaPiana hosts two post-training webinars.
