Strategic Restructuring Training

Jo DeBolt, Senior Manager at La Piana Consulting, will cover types of strategic restructuring partnerships, the role of the consultant, assessing a nonprofit’s readiness for strategic restructuring, the negotiation process, implementation issues, the financial ramifications of a merger and legal and accounting considerations. A total of 25 consultants will be selected to participate in this intensive training process.
