Strategic Alliances
The Strategic Alliances Seminar is an informative half day event that explores best practices as well as various types of collaboration being implemented today.
A Request for Proposals was released at this session for organizations seeking to pursue Strategic Alliances in one of three categories: 1) Program-Based Collaborations, 2) back Office Consolidation, or 3) Restructuring or Mergers.
An application to participate in a Learning Circle that will allow small to mid-sized agencies to explore more deeply the prospect of pursuing a strategic alliance. The cohort participants will assess organizational readiness for collaboration and develop a plan for exploring options. The agencies will be supported through peer learning sessions and coaching.
