That’s exactly what approximately 25 nonprofit leaders gathered on Tues. Feb. 16th to find out. Led by Thomas Bloom of Catalyst Connection, The Forbes Funds hosted a breakfast briefing to provide organizations an introduction into lean process mapping.
On Tuesday, Feb 9, approximately 40 nonprofit CEO, CFOs, and senior leaders gathered to strengthen their knowledge of strategic financial models and spend time aligning financial and strategic priorities.
The full-day training was hosted by The Forbes Funds and led by Fiscal Management Associates (FMA) CEO Hilda Polanco and Director John Summers.
At our final session in a five-part series, Derrick Feldman of Achieve revealed the findings of a year-long cohort of Pittsburgh nonprofits. The cohort worked hands-on with these organizations to personalize and improve their annual campaigns via direct mail and email solicitations, based on tested and proven practices.
