Capital projects are complex endeavors, which too often blindside nonprofits when unforeseen issues arise.

Including both nonprofit and design/build perspectives, this valuable session will detail the pitfalls that beset many capital projects, and show you how can save yourself future headaches by accurately planning your project from the beginning.
