2021 tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort | Information Session May 6th

The Forbes Funds and The Heinz Endowments are excited to partner with tHRive – People Practices for Nonprofits for the launch of its 2021 tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort.

The 2021 tHRive HRFundamentals Cohort is designed for Executive Directors/Senior Leaders (All levels of HR Proficiency are welcome) of small to mid-sized nonprofits (Under $3mln Budget and/or Under 50 Employees) looking to further enhance their understanding of HR Practices.   

The 2021 tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort learning modules are provided through bi-weekly Zoom Workshops where you will have the opportunity to gain insights from HR experts, participate in insightful discussions on regional HR topics, and connect with other nonprofit leaders within the Western Pennsylvania region.  Each Zoom Workshop attendee will receive a Recording & PDF of the session as well as Pre-Work (Surveys, Assessments, Tools) and Post-Work (Templates, Handouts, Articles) to ensure that your learning and knowledge base can be shared with your colleagues, leadership team, & board members.
