What people say they’ll do and how they actually behave are often at odds. Attendees will study why evidence-based research is an important part of understanding how today’s donors, enthusiasts and constituents connect and give. After examining donor perceptions and behaviors as well as the awareness-engagement-activation continuum, Achieve staff will work through how each agency can capitalize on those behaviors.
