We know the traditional fundraising approach to funding nonprofits is insufficient. But do you know the true cost of your fundraising, and the opportunities it might be causing you to miss out on?
This workshop will show you how to take a more effective and sustainable financing approach to securing enough, and the right mix of, money to achieve your goals. 
In this full day workshop you will:
  • Understand the true cost of your fundraising activities
  • Gain new money-raising ideas and approaches
  • Create a detailed financing plan
  • Understand how to create a sustainable financial model for your work
  • Learn how to move your board, staff and funders to think and act differently
We'll start with a fundraising assessment and we'll end with a comprehensive, actionable financing plan to move your organization forward.
Each organization must bring at least 2 attendees. 
The workshop cost of $50 per agency includes up to 4 people.
