Fiscal Sponsorship
Learn about requesting becoming a beneficiary/trustee and its benefits for your social enterprise.
Helping social enterprises leverage our legal and tax-exempt status on similarly-aligned projects and nonprofit organizations to receive grant funding and back office support.
Without the generosity of our fiscal sponsors, funders, and prospective strategic partners, our work would not be possible. Growing organizational impact happens when we work in tandem and expand philanthropic efforts. When our missions align, we are capable of amazing things.
According to the Council of Nonprofits: “Using a fiscal sponsorship arrangement offers a way for a cause to attract donors even when it is not yet recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). In essence the fiscal sponsor serves as the administrative “home” of the cause. Charitable contributions are given to the fiscal sponsor, which then grants them to support the cause.
