GPNP Members Receive RACP Awards

Pennsylvania announced the recipients of its Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grants, which had been delayed for 18 months. According to the state, "The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program is a Commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historical improvement projects."

Act 89 Three Years Later

On August 25, the Pennsylvania House Appropriations Committee held a hearing about the impact of Act 89 at the Allegheny County Courthouse. House Appropriations Committee Chair Bill Adolph (R-Delaware) chaired the hearing and Representatives Mike O’Brien (D-Philadelphia), Curt Sonney (R-Erie), and Representative Jeff Pyle (R-Armstrong, Butler, Indiana) participated.
