Stakeholder Mapping Exercise

In the 2021 Nonprofit Essentials: Stakeholder Mapping Workbook, you will:

• Learn about the rationale of why it is important to know your stakeholders, and who a stakeholder even is
• Go through the exercises to get to know your stakeholders better. You will do this by listing, prioritizing, and assessing your relationship with key stakeholder groups, which you should revisit quarterly
• Understand why an expansive stakeholder list is valuable
