WHAT IS A LEADERSHIP CIRCLE?
Leadership circles are highly interactive, participatory structures for organizing and bringing people together. The goal is to build a network of professionals who can support each other’s professional development and offer insight that will enhance their organization’s capacity to efficiently and effectively achieve its mission. A learning circle is a strategy that can be used by a community of practice, or professional learning group.*
