Positive outcomes for nonprofits can be achieved through strategic restructuring. Organizational effectiveness can be boosted by reshaping the way that nonprofits work in tandem with one another. Success in this venture generally involves thorough planning, strong relationships, a sense of shared mission, and so on. This comes with its own benefits and challenges, but can make a substantial impact on organizational effectiveness when properly implemented.
