“Making the Connection: How Provider Dialogue and Network Clusters Can Spur Successful Collaboration”

Responding to social issues requires a patchwork of nonprofits, yet collaboration and implementation are challenging for a multitude of reasons. Common issues include limited capacity and capital of nonprofit organizations; All too often, the sector is expected to do more with less, and this makes it challenging to achieve anticipated outcomes. For this purpose, The Forbes Funds explored the benefits of service clustering to increase efficiency in similarly-aligned nonprofits. This report includes the information-gathering protocol and implications of inter-agency relationship-building with the intention to increase dialogue and collaboration.
